The Health System module is one of five stand-alone eLearning modules that form part of the blended delivery of the Medibank HeadStart induction program for Customer Care Line Support representatives.
This module uses narrative as a vehicle to present key content messages by following the escapades of an accident prone character, ‘Mossy Parkman’. The story provides continuity throughout the suite of modules further enhancing the consistency created by the visual style used across the program.
Scribe style animation is used to present the story as it unfolds, and supporting illustrations are timed to narrative audio.
