BSI’s Customer Contact is a fully animated eLearning program (15 modules) developed specifically to cater for the contact centre industry.
Concise and stimulating, the modules engage learners presenting content with the help of Barry and Denise, two quirky yet loveable animated facilitators, owners and managers of the La Fonda Cheese contact centre. Barry and Denise provide an even mix of education and entertainment as they use the story of their business to deliver learning messages through captivating animations, interactive activities, scenarios and assessments.
Mappable to the AQTF framework, it provides learners with a Certificate III in Customer Contact on successful completion.
Using professional actors and studio recording capacity, the end result is an incredibly polished and entertaining ‘off-the-shelf’ product.
